Kind of wheat porridge with goat’s milk

Ingredients

  • 1 kg wheat flour
  • a little water
  • some goat’s milk

 

Directions

Place the flour in a large bowl, add water gradually, rubbing the mixture with your hands until crumbly. In a large saucepan, bring a little water to boil, then add the mixture. When it has come to the boil twice, add the goat’s milk and cook for another five minutes
